STA – Staff Mobility for Teaching Assignment

An inter-institutional Erasmus+ agreement – per subject area – between your home institution and the Haute Ecole Louvain en Hainaut has to be signed. Please contact the international office of your home university if you do not know if there is an existing agreement.

A teaching activity has to comprise a minimum of 2 days (minimum 8 hours of teaching). If the teaching is combined with a training activity during a single period abroad, the minimum of hours of teaching/week (or shorter stay) is reduced to 4 hours.

A Mobility Agreement (Staff Mobility for Teaching) has to be completed before the mobility takes place. In this agreement you are requested to clarify your objectives, the added value, the teaching assignment and the expected outcome(s) of your mobility. The mobility agreement needs to be signed by your contact at the Haute Ecole Louvain en Hainaut and is approved in your home institution.

STT – Staff Mobility for Training

The study visit or job shadowing has to be related to your professional development and address your learning and personal development needs.

The visit can be from 2 days to 2 months, excluding travel time.

A Mobility Agreement (Staff Mobility for Training) has to be completed before the mobility takes place. In this agreement you are requested to describe your objectives, the added value, the training activities and the expected outcome(s) of your exchange. The mobility agreement needs to be signed by your contact at the Haute Ecole Louvain en Hainaut and is approved in your home institution.
