Last September, Pauline CORNIL (Head of the International Office) and Carine ARNOULD (Outgoing mobility coordinator) went to Rotterdam to attend the EAIE conference. The EAIE Conference and Exhibition is an annual gathering that unites a global community from Higher Education for a week of knowledge exchange, learning, and meaningful connections. This year, the event gathered 6700 participants from 100 countries.

The HELHa International Office team had the opportunity to meet with existing partners from France, Ireland, Spain, Germany, Portugal… to discuss possible ways of extending the partnership or to find new areas of collaboration.

This huge event is also a good opportunity to meet potential new partners and to discuss face-to-face possibilities of collaboration. In this way, the IO team could meet with colleagues from Canada, Sweden, Tunisia, Turkey, Taiwan and many more.

The EAIE conference also gives participants the opportunity to attend multiple sessions and workshops that are designed to provide a quick, engaging forum for the exchange of ideas around a specific topic.

Next year, the EAIE conference will take place in the beautiful city of Toulouse.
