Designing across borders: HELHa strengthens global ties at ESDIR’s International Week

Last November, Caroline Bricteux, English teacher in the Graphic Design and Real-time 3D section, represented HELHa at the International Week 2024 at ESDIR, an Erasmus+ partner design school in Logroño, Spain. The week brought together teachers and students from all over the world and was rich in cultural and educational exchanges.

Caroline Bricteux led a workshop in English on the creation of a brand identity, aimed at Spanish and American students in graphic design, product design, fashion and interior design. The goal was to introduce students to the fundamentals of brand strategy and provide them with the creative tools to design a unique identity in line with their creative vision.

The International Week 2024 welcomed teachers from all over the world – Poland, France, South Africa, the United States, Canada and Belgium – to lead workshops on a variety of subjects.

The week gave guest lecturers the opportunity to discuss their areas of activity and teaching approaches, while meeting Spanish and American students.

It also confirmed the importance of multicultural collaborations and concrete projects for developing creative skills, while strengthening HELHa’s connections on the international scene.

HELHa is always on the lookout for new partnerships and international projects to work on.
